Package your item
Package your Kymas item just as it arrived.

Follow the Shipping Instructions
Follow the instructions provided by our returns portal and place the return label on the package.

Deliver your package
Take the package to the designated drop-off point.

Receive your refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund, which may take 2 to 10 business days to appear in your bank account.
Important:
Please note that all returns must be processed exclusively through our returns portal. Kymas is not responsible for packages sent by Kymas itself that were not processed using our return labels.

Shipping times
We require 5 business day (Monday to Friday) to process orders, but orders placed during the Black Friday period may take longer due to high demand.
We are currently experiencing delays with the shipping company, so delivery times may be longer than usual.

Tracking my order
We will send you an email when we ship your order and you will receive a tracking number there.
Customs charges
The shipping price appears before the checkout screen when you enter your shipping address.
Additional import customs charges may apply for shipments to the following countries:
United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Reunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine, as well as North and South America.
UPS/GLS will notify the customer, and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay these charges. For any questions regarding customs clearance, please contact customercare@kymas.com for more information or assistance with the shipment.
